Ayushman Bharat - Terms & Conditions
- 1. Patients must have a valid Ayushman Health Card to avail the benefits under the scheme.
- 2. Patients must first consult the concerned doctor in the OPD. If hospitalization is recommended and the condition is included in the Ayushman Bharat package list, the patient is eligible for treatment under this scheme.
- 3. For admission, the Ayushman Card must be submitted to the Ayushman Bharat Help Desk for verification.
- 4. No payment is required at the time of admission for patients approved under the scheme.
- 5. The patient must be accompanied by a responsible attendant or family member during the hospital stay.
